Welcome to the Twentsche Zweefvlieg Club! We are the local glider flying club in the area of Twente in the east of The Netherlands, situated close to the German border.

Website
Though most of our website is written in Dutch, we'd like to make a short introduction in English for those who are curious about our activities.

Gliding
Our passion is flying. Glider flying. Our club consists of approximately 75 members, we are a self-supportive flying club with a lot of volunteers. We try to keep our operating costs as low as possible whilst getting the maximum out of our fleet. We organise our own maintenance, flight instruction, airfield maintenance etc. 

Fleet
We operate a fleet of 8 gliders out of Twente Airport, a small airfield situated between the cities of Enschede, Hengelo and Oldenzaal.

5 single seaters:
